I’m a Queer, Mexican, fronteriza from the Sonoran Desert borderlands, happy to call Los Angeles home.
My approach to therapy blends conversation and somatic practices to offer multiple channels for processing emotions.
I’m here to support you with:
diaspora grief
life transitions, including identity and gender affirmation
relationship challenges
recovering from traumatic experiences
learning to be at home in your body
In my free time, I find joy in nature, clay, mahjong, the wnba (go aces!), and my cats.
